clean room large room no hot water one hour
The room was clean and large (i liked it) and well furnished.
I stayed for two nights, but there was NO hot water for one night. I reported it, and they sent a technician. He said i had to wait one hour. I waited, but still no hot water.

fantastic stay!
comfortable bed excellent bathroom great selection
i loved the big rooms with super comfortable beds! the two bars offered a great selection. the bathroom was excellent and quite spacious too, i must say.

I enjoyed the convenient location near the colosseum. It made sightseeing simple. the staff were helpful arranging tours. breakfast on the rooftop was a delight, with a view i won't soon forget.

Fantastic Location and Service
great location excellent service wide range pleasant start
The location is within walking distance of the Colosseum and several basilicas, a major plus for my sightseeing. Katia at the front desk provided great service (I particularly appreciated her dining recommendations). The hotel has a gym. I noted a good range of equipment for a quick workout. The breakfast offered many options, with a terrace that provided a pleasant start to the day.
The shower was a bit tiny for my liking.

The hotel is situated in a safe and easily accessible area, with the metro station (Colosseo, B line) just a five-minute walk away, offering seamless connections to other parts of the city. This made getting around very convenient. Several restaurants and shops are also nearby.

The staff were always happy to assist with whatever I needed. The hotel staff were very responsive and helpful, even changing my room promptly after I checked in because of its proximity to the elevator. I really appreciated that level of care.

The breakfast included fresh fruit and a selection of beverages, made for a refreshing start. The hotel's restaurant on the top floor has views, it definitely enhances the dining experience (although I only had breakfast there).

broken lamp staff falsehood
my allocated room was substandard. the lamp besides the beds remain broken despite my explicit request for repair. the staff insisted the issue was solved, a clear falsehood and a blatant disregard for my complaint. i find it unacceptable considering the price i paid.

rooftop terrace great size
the room was a great size. it had a lovely bathroom, though the water was chargeable at 3.50 €. the rooftop terrace gave me a good place for a drink.
the personnel did not always greet guests when entering the hotel.

great vibes friendly staff small room ground floor
the hotel is close to the colosseum. many restaurants are also located near the hotel. i found the rooftop bar have great vibes. the staff were super friendly to everyone.
my room was small and located on the ground floor. the room was at the end of the hall and faced the back. i saw our room was among the smallest and worst located. i never got a better room even after six nights.
